SYNOPSIS: TV Series (1960-1966). Producing animated series Hanna-Barbera Productions. Appeared 'air first through the U.S. network ABC on September 30, 1960 until the first of April 1966 a total of 166 episodes plus some special movies that have been made. The action takes place in a town called Bedrock ("Bedrock") in the Stone Age, but with a society identical to that of the United States in the middle of last century. It's a fantasy world where dinosaurs, saber-toothed tigers, mammoths and other animals now extinct coexisted with humans, who used similar technology to the twentieth century, but the animals replaced the appliances. The characters consist of cars driving logs (troncomoviles), stone wheels, in which the engine was replaced by the push of the feet of the occupants. The garments were of animal skin.
